I’ve been baking ever since I can remember but within the past few years began my professional career in the field. I started with the typical chocolate chip cookie recipes and moved on to trying not only more adventurous flavors such as a lavender cupcake but decorations as well. I try and keep a constant challenge for myself by finding new recipes and techniques to master.
I believe that baking is an art; a form of expression. I enjoy the creative process and find it more than rewarding to experience the joy it brings to those that I share my desserts with.
